Ella Dyer is the Chief Enthusiasm Officer/Co-Founder of FashionAde.  A varied career path, which included working for Hugh Hefner, being a licensed bail bond agent and driving a truck, enabled Ella to hone her team building skills and oversee opportunities to fuition.  FashionAde.com allows her to continue in an entrepreneurial role, after several successful years spent with a private angel fund.  She holds an Associate’s degree in Theater Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and earned an MBA from the International University in Monaco.  Ella and her husband Jody live in Atlanta and enjoy the summer months at their condo in Nice, France.

Keith Radford/Uber

Keith Radford is an Atlanta native who attended Harvard and majored in Economics in 2002.  He spent several years in the financial services industry in New York and Amsterdam before attending business school at Kellogg at Northwestern.  Keith joined Uber in January 2012, charged with launching new markets for the company.  He has launched Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Atlanta, and is now acting as General Manager for the Atlanta market.
